For Amazon sellers

For Amazon sellers who've outgrown manual ops.

Tailored automations across listings, orders, pricing, messages, and account health.

Built, monitored, and maintained. You describe the operation; we take the technical work off your team and keep it off.

01 · What we build

Built around how your business actually runs.

Every Amazon business runs on repetitive operations — order tracking, message handling, pricing updates, reporting, account-health monitoring. We build custom automations that handle those operations quietly in the background, so your team spends time on the work that actually needs people.

A. Operations & fulfillment
  • Order and inventory operations
Syncing orders across systems, restock alerts, status notifications, and exception handling.
  • Reporting dashboards
Consolidated views of sales, inventory, and performance pulled from your existing tools into a single place.
B. Growth & revenue
  • Pricing automation
Rules-based or data-driven pricing updates, quote handling, and competitor monitoring.
  • Advertising automation
PPC rules, bid adjustments, reporting pipelines, and alerting on spend anomalies.
C. Customer-facing
  • Buyer message automation
Drafting, routing, and triaging customer messages so your team reviews and approves instead of starting from scratch.
D. Account integrity
  • Account health & performance monitoring
Watching the metrics that Amazon uses to judge your account and flagging anything that moves the wrong direction.
  • Policy violation handling
Structured processes for capturing violations, drafting responses, and keeping a paper trail.
02 · How we work

Three phases. One fixed shape.

Step 01

Discovery

We map your operations end-to-end and give you a written scope before any build work starts.

Step 02

Build

We construct the automation, test it against your real data, and don't call it done until it holds up on its own.

Step 03

Maintain

Every live automation comes with ongoing monitoring and support as part of a small monthly retainer.

One-time build fee plus a monthly retainer — quoted upfront, no surprises.

03 · Selected engagements

A small roster, doing real work.

Amazon seller consulting firm

Reimbursement documentation automation

A consulting firm serving Amazon sellers needed to cross-reference Amazon reimbursement reports against their internal case tracker — work that was eating hours of manual time every week. We built an automation that ingests the report, cross-references existing cases, and writes matched rows into the tracker automatically.

"We serve Amazon sellers, and Shmuel has built automations that touch some of our most sensitive client workflows. He handled it with the care and follow-through you'd want from someone with that level of access."

Consumer electronics brand

Buyer message automation & daily sales reporting

A consumer electronics brand selling on Amazon needed help with two things: reducing the load on the team member handling inbound customer messages, and giving the team a daily read on sales activity. We built an automation that drafts responses for human review inside the team's existing inbox, plus a separate daily digest that summarizes sales activity and lands in the team's workspace every morning.

"We've built several automations with Shmuel — daily reports, AI-drafted customer responses, reporting dashboards. He sticks around after launch, which is the reason we keep adding projects."

04 · Approach

Careful with your data and your time.

Seller data is treated as sensitive by default. Credentials are stored securely, never in plain-text scripts or spreadsheets. Every automation we build is scoped to the minimum access it needs, and we document exactly what it reads and writes.

Every automation we ship is monitored after launch. When something breaks or Amazon changes something upstream, we handle it — that's what the retainer is for.

05 · Who this is for

Not for everyone. That's on purpose.

Good fit You're a fit if

  • You're an established Amazon seller with multiple repetitive operations.
  • You can describe your operations in enough detail to scope them.
  • You want the automation owned outside your team.

Not a fit Probably not if

  • You're a brand-new seller still figuring out your process.
  • You need a one-off script with no follow-up.
  • You want to hire a full-time employee rather than engage an outside builder.
